These are schematics of a mixed-use 11-unit infill co-housing project integrated with a community theater. The emphasis of the infill development design was to provide wonderful semi-public and private spaces and to fit into a nervous single-family neighborhood. Designed in collaboration with Studio E Architecture. 1995.
